Shipping and Delivery

 

We begin processing orders as soon after the order is placed as possible. The process is two part – first, we need to pick and pack the goods. Then, once packed, we deliver the packages the relevant transport provider. This usually takes 2 to 4 days if the products are in stock. In the event that you are ordering high volumes and the products still need to be manufactured, then we will send you the estimated production time via email.

The international delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. Before ordering any products from us –  and in order to confirm the shipping methods available for your country – please contact us at [email protected].

Processing Time

The processing time is the period from when you submit the orders to the time it is handed over to the transport provider. Since wholesale orders usually contain a variety of products from different categories in different quantities, and in order to ensure accuracy and safe picking and packing, the orders take time. We will ship the goods approximately 2 to 5 business days after you place the order, if the products are in stock. For orders placed over the weekend, they will be processed on the first business day thereafter.

Occasionally, an influx of orders may cause a temporary stock issue. In these cases, the processing time will be affected. Larger orders which contain multiple products and higher quantities, may take 3 to 7 business days to process.

Shipping Methods

All good are shipped through international express services such as FedEx/DHL/UPS/EMS as well as ocean container freights. We offer shipping to most countries around the world. If you have questions or concerns about shipping, please contact us at [email protected] before submitting your order.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a notification via email which will contain your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order online.

Shipping Time

The various shipping types take different shipping times. For international shipments, on average, express delivery takes 4 to 7 days, EMS takes 10 to 20 days and ocean freighting will largely vary based on the destination. With international shipping, there may also be unforeseen factors such as the weather, traffic control, duties, taxes and custom service which may cause additional delays. Unfortunately, these delays are outside of the control of Lomido and cannot be avoided.
